"The feedback on my assignments was actually really..."
The feedback on my assignments was actually really useful and easy to understand. It gave me a better idea of what to fix and helped me improve. The only downside was that it sometimes took longer than I expected to get it back, which felt preventable with a bit better timing or communication.

"Okay, but I wouldn’t pay for it again"
I expected a lot more from the lessons. A couple of the tutors were decent, but the whole course felt kind of disorganized, like whoever runs this doesn’t really have things fully figured out. Feedback took longer than it should have too. It wasn’t awful, but for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me

"Honestly, it’s a good deal"
I don’t get why some people act like you have to spend a fortune to learn anything useful. For the price, these courses are actually solid. I learned a lot and never felt like I was getting ripped off.

"Not a bad setup, but it didn’t really click for me"
I signed up for the online course thinking it would be a convenient way to learn on my own schedule, and to be fair, some parts of it were helpful. The website was mostly easy enough to use, and there were a few lessons where I did feel like I picked up something useful. I also liked not having to commute or work around a strict class time. That said, after getting further into it, I started to feel like the experience just wasn’t quite worth what I paid. A few lessons felt rushed or not explained very clearly, and when I needed feedback, it took longer than I expected. I don’t think it was terrible, but I didn’t feel especially supported. Maybe the in-person version is better, but the online course was just kind of average for me

"I took a music production course here..."
I took a music production course here it helped me finally finish some tracks instead of just starting a bunch and never wrapping them up. The tutors clearly know what they’re doing, and most weeks the feedback came back quickly... which made a big difference for me.

"Booking was super easy, admissions was kinda slow"
Booking was a breeze, honestly. The sign-up part was smooth and didn’t give me any issues. Admissions took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was still a solid experience

"The lessons are still decent, and..."
The lessons are still decent, and some tutors explain things really clearly while keeping the vibe relaxed. But it used to feel a bit better before. Lately, some classes have felt rushed, and I’ve had to go back and figure things out on my own afterward. It’s not bad overall, but it really depends on which tutor you get.

"Support actually fixed it fast"
I got locked out of my Pointblank account and thought, here we go, the system has decided to mysteriously erase me or something. But support got back to me quickly, explained everything in normal human language, and didn’t make me feel like I’d failed some secret tech test. They had it sorted the same day, which almost felt suspiciously efficient, but I’m not complaining. Happy with the whole thing.

"Student Support Was Seriously Clutch"
I had a couple questions and the support team got back to me super quick. They were really friendly and made the whole thing way less confusing, which was a huge help.

"The classes themselves were fine, but I..."
The classes themselves were fine, but I thought there would be more natural ways to meet people. I got the sense quickly that the community was a bit closed off, almost like groups were already formed. Networking seemed to happen more easily if you already knew someone, so it felt hard to really break in

"Tutors are great, even if the classes aren’t perfect"
I’ve taken a few classes with Point Blank now, and the tutors are probably the best part. They really do know what they’re talking about, and it feels like they actually work in music rather than just repeating stuff from a lesson plan. At the same time, some parts of the course felt a bit slower than I expected, but then again I probably needed that more than I thought. The feedback on my tracks was useful without making me feel awkward or judged, which I appreciated. I didn’t always agree with every suggestion, but most of it helped me hear what I was doing wrong and improve.

"Looking back, the music production rooms at Point..."
Looking back, the music production rooms at Point Blank are one of the things I remember most clearly. They felt like actual studios, not just a classroom with a laptop thrown in. The speakers, desks, and gear made it feel like you could properly sit down and make something, which made a big difference.
I do remember it getting a bit busy at times, but whenever I was unsure or stuck setting something up, the staff were helpful. From what I remember, it felt like a real place to learn and make music, and that’s probably why it left such a good impression on me.

I was looking for music work and, well, it made the whole process a lot quicker. I found opportunities faster than I expected, and it was easy to use.

"Good theory, but I wanted more hands-on time"
The theory part was good, like the explanations made sense and I could follow along, but once it came to actually practicing, it felt a little thin. I kept thinking, okay, this is helpful, but I need to actually do this a few more times for it to stick. Maybe that’s just how I learn, but I wish there had been more hands-on exercises or real examples to work through instead of mostly listening and taking it in

"Really solid course material"
I’ve been going through the music production course and it’s been easy to follow so far. The videos don’t feel rushed, and the examples actually make sense, even when things get kinda technical.
What I like most is that it gets straight into making tracks instead of just sitting in theory the whole time. I’ve already picked up a lot and it’s been a solid experience overall.
